Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.  Items must be unopened/unused/unworn and be in their original packaging with any tags attached (if applicable).  Customized items are unable to be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.  Please contact gengshopus@geng.gg for questions or help with your order.
